You can get in touch with RS by email, phone or their ticketing system, and when we tried the various options we always had a quick reply from someone who seemed to know what they were talking about. We were transferred to experts a couple of times, but it never took too long to have anything sorted. Something we missed compared to other hosting companies was a proper help section, for common issues, beginner tutorials and FAQ.

Ease of use

Initial configuration is very simple if you know what you’re looking for – setting up an unmanaged server does take some experience after all.
