Great host with excellent support. 

Low cost service. Horrible billing system. Ok uptime. Ok
(just barely) customer service. Submitting a trouble ticket
take days, sometimes longer to get any response or
information; usually I ended up calling or trying the

Stable low cost service. Fast response time from customer service.

Horrible billing system. Very confusing. Need to redesign interface for this. Also need to add auto billing for PayPal. 

The plans they have available appear to be economical. I have a small business I setup with their personal class ASP server package, they claimed it would be sufficient to run a small business. I've seen that on the "Cons" list it says that Arvixe is not as big as other hosts but this is a pro if you ask me. It's a way more personal web host than the others and I get quick and helpful support whenever I need it. The hosting is just as good, if not better, than all the other hosting I've ever had.

His opinion of their service and value was that Arvixe is THE best solution for those who demand service and quality, combined with product offerings to meet everyone's needs.I have been very pleased with the functionality of their site, and their zero down time interruptions. 

So far it\'s been very good. I\'ve had little to no problems and what things I\'ve had to contact tech. support for they fixed within minutes... unlike the last host provider I had (webhost4life). Arvixe\'s control panel is sufficient and lets me do most things I need to do. I would very much recommend them. 

Arvixe is an excellent provider with a very good support. It\'s one of the rare providers that offers very affordable asp.net hosting facilities.

quality service. Even if the website was offline or
suspended 24 hours, professional technical staff at arvixe

No complaints at all so far 

I'm working on Arvixe servers from 2 years.
I like their services. The Instant Chat Support is 24/24
online, and I like this, because when appears some problems,
I can go to their support chat and tell them my problem.
Only issue is for ticket system, where the answers comes
with a little delay.

Overall, I think that the Arvixe Web Hosting is the Best
Hosting services I have been work with.

When I first joined I had several spam messages even before
I ever used the email.
After a couple of months two of my domains got hit with the
Black hole Exploit Kit warning. After calling support and
was told there was nothing they could do I downloaded all
files from the two domains and ran them through my anti

much problems. ARVIXE really get your money for nothing. I
have my web all the time down, they do not answere the
ticket and when you try hard they block your account to do
not allow you to say your complain.

I have had good service from Arvixe from day 1. I pushed them with some difficult, sceptical questions at the beginning, which they answered without fuss or evasiveness. Other than the offline discrepancy, I have found Arvixe's service most hospitable and rewarding. I have already spoken well of their services to others and suggested doing business as a result. 

There I was with customer standing over my shoulder and I cannot load my site. Loaded CNN and AOL and others but not my site!! Very bad for business!! I have noticed other times three sites I have with them could not pull up a page. I\'m looking for a new host................ So, slow page load times, server was down several times. has trouble hosting wordpress sites 

Customer service is awful. These people are rude and lack knowledge. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone! They claim a 1000 emails an hour limit; but when I actually started sending emails to my clients, they shut down my account & sent all my emails back without warning, then then blamed their \'filters\'. This company is bad for anyone\'s business.

I have started hosting with Arvixe in 2010 with PersonalPlan and a VPServer.

Both run smooth, price and support dedication up to the CEO are excelent. 

Looks like Arvixe has totally lost it. I'm a customer for almost 2 years now but the service gets more unreliable and slooooower by the day. Ofter my sites don't come up at all - timing out on the 1st attempt. 

Overall I’m really happy with their service. Only issue is Control panel is very basic. They should use Plesk or something else to give clients more flexibility. 

I've hosted with Arvixe for years (at least 2007) and have had nothing but good experiences. Starting with a personal account and recently graduating to a reseller account, Arvixe has fantastic features, great uptime and, most importantly, the best customer support I've ever experienced. 

Since May 2009, I've used Arvixe. Arvixe is reliable, responsive, fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Arvixe gives you the Farm at extraordinary pricing. Back-end management is extremely intuitive, and easily navigable (cpanel). Arvixe will surpass your expectations. 

Arvixe is very bad hosting provider. They refuse admit some bad things is up to them, and if you store 20GB data at your Unlimited account you will get warning that you must remove some data.

Never more! 

Arvixe is literally the best web host out there in my opinion. I currently have Windows hosting with them and they are brilliant! Their customer support is amazing, any problems I have had (which are very few) have been dealt with in no time at all ensuring my site is running optimally at all times. I would recommend Arvixe without any hesitation whatsoever. 10/10 

Going on five years with Arvixe and always great service for a great price. More importantly, I always get an answer to my questions the same day (if not hour). You can't go wrong with Arvixe if you are an individual or small business.

Arvixe Hosting is positively above and beyond my experience with other Hosting Companies.

Their documentation from the beginning when purchasing my plan was superior to other hosts I have and am currently working with.

Their customer service is very friendly and timely in addition to quality products offered.
