Very bad service, they charged my credit card even the service was cancelled, after (today) 3 weeks later I have not received my refund.
Poor service, bad support.

Support was good, when available. Takes a couple of days to receive a response.

Up time from Jan thru mid-April was 99.5 and very good.

Response time was better than average.

My one item that I consider negative is when you go to support via live support all departments are showing as online, but when you request help they sometimes make you wait as if you are in a queue then after a few minutes a message coms back with Live Support not available, which is a little dumb. If it's not available just say so.
