Where to start,at the beginning were fine,then started the
down time.I tried to restore an back up and without reason
all the websites went down and i lost over 1000$ from
this.Later i bought 5 extra ips but when i go to WHM panel
to install new domains and cpnal it say that there were no
ips when i had 5 available.
STAY AWAY 

They shutdown my app after a ddos attack, deleted all accounts, and gave my money back saying they wouldnt host a website that someone would try to attack.

Extremely non professional, terrible webhost. They have good hardware but they just killed my website and gameserver without even emailing me about why, so basically this is a very terrible host... Never would recommend this to anyone.
Just cheap, still yet as a company is garbage.

Even though they've refunded my money they deleted my website files, all sql dbs (accounts of clients etc) and let the think offline. I couldnt believe they were so non professional. I could even afford a DDOS protection but... Read more

Dotblock. Down three times in past three months. Phone service is terrible, often down and menu options that do not function. Tech support is ultra-slow. Do not use this company. No credit on account for horrendous service. Biggest mistake was migrating my site to this company. Their site is down while I write this review. No access to their site, my site or technical support. You make a decision based on that information. 

I asked for an upgrade, they did it, then problems started, everything was ok before upgrade, now my server is down as a result of a mistake one of their staff did, and I cant reach anyone there to turn my server back on. Their mistakes are yours to pay for, server shutdown without notices, ignoring support tickets, and short hours of tech support.
