Critizism mostly due to blocked email relays (mine is constantly blocked by Godaddy, AOL, AT&T, ...) and no relief in sight. Support is not helpful. Overall security is lax, which frequently leads to compromised accounts, resulting in spam operations on these servers.

I had high expectations of WHB and seemed fine at first. Developed serious outages and response time issues that went unresolved and resulted loss of revenues and customers. Proceed at your own risk

way better hosts out there. from my experience with them they are ok till problems arise - then you discover that the support just doesnt exsit. emailed them a support ticket 3 weeks ago - still havent heard from them. cpanel crashes on every single click and adding new sites turns out to be a nightmare. would'nt choose them - got so many better options for what they charge.
