Unfortunately I had a negative experience with this company where I found the support unhelpful and cold, the package not what it was advertised and the whole experience a waste of my time and money.<br />
I went for the "free web hosting for life" sounds great, the problem is it is far from free and about as much use as a lap dancing monk. <br />
Firstly the bandwidth I had with this package was exceeded straight after I uploaded my website and unless I wanted to pay for add ons was going to mean my website was down for the whole month. I wasn't aware the bandwidth per month included what I uploaded as well as what visitors used. <br />
I'll start at the begining. I applied for free web hosting, which cost me £21.58 (you don't find that out until the last page) then after paying you get an email saying "under no circumstances will we give refunds" great, wish they could have said earlier. So after many an unsuccessful exchange with customer service (thats a joke) trying to upsell extra things to my free package all the time I decided it wasn't for me and tried to move my domain name elsewhere to a paid package (which worked out far cheaper) but again it cost me money to do that! yes an extra £6 for the privelige of leaving them<br />

I would tell my friends not to go near the unhelpful b*stards so I'd advise the same to you all
