Ok, let's begin with mentioning that FatCow's support promises to answer your calls within a mere 2 minutes and that FatCow as a company has an "anytime money-back guarantee". As you probably understand this is not anything they would be able to do if they weren't sure that you, as the customer, would be pleased. Let's at least say that we are more than impressed with their services. With FatCow you get quite much more than just a few nice quality-features. Some of these features are unlimited disk-space, unlimited bandwidth, free domain name, free WordPress tools, $50 Google Adwords credit and 2GB Carbonite desktop back up. Pretty good for a few bucks a month if you ask us.

Wow, I'm really surprised by some of the horror stories here. Personally I think FatCow is great. Don't have anything to complain about and I can highly recommend them.
I have been managing Wordpress sites for years and when one client wanted a cheap service, I went with FatCow. This was a horrible mistake. Daily outages perhaps averages 10 500 errors pages which is unacceptable when you have a marketing site. FatCow said they are doing nothing to prevent this and that it occurs when their servers are over loaded and is self-correcting. Sure it might be self-correcting but tell that to all of the bounces I get from visitors thinking the site is down
If you like not having service or your website up for long periods this may be the hosting company for you...like tonight...can't even find their site or mine.
I have not had a single instance of downtime with FatCow. The tech support and customer service are both fantastic. I can't recommend them enough.

This provider has been awful for me. Hardware problems caused an outage for a week, and afterwards they still have yet to fix problems causing the sites to be inactive about 60% of the time. Either I really have bad luck or this is how they treat all their customers, but the performance is terrible. Do not recommend.
Fatcow, fatcow, fatcow... What can I say about this web host? Is the hosting strong and reliable? Well, I have to say yes. Have I experienced any downtime? Yes, but not much. Is the customer support any good? They've been very friendly and helful. Would I recommend this host? Yes I would!

I've been with FatCow a couple of months now I find them to be a pretty darn good provider. Everything has worked out pretty much as I expected it to do. I've been in contact with their support a couple of times and after a little wait they were able to assist me. If I were to say something negative about FatCow it would be that the page load can be a bit slow at times…
Absolutely the worst customer service ever! Don't believe anything FatCow says. They absolutely LIE to their customers and the supervisors are perfectly OK with that. They refuse to give any executive or higher up manager info. Very, very poor. SAVE your $. ABF - ANYBODY BUT FATCOW!
This provider has really started to suck ever since they were sold in June of 2005. I have fallen victim to constant outages with both web hosting and email handling. I am up to the point where I can’t trust that any outbound email has actually been sent due to their poor performance. I have enough service tracking numbers to support my claims. They are nowhere near 99% uptime! I would save your money and find another web host. I plan on switching service to a new provider as soon as my contract with them is up.

I have been a fatcow customer for about 8 years and they're deals and customer service has just gotten better as they have grown! I regretted trying another company for a new website (godaddy.com) who does nothing but try to upsell you on everything, and godaddy's control panel etc is almost impossible to get to and work with. All my hosting needs go to fatcow! You guys udderly rock!

I have been moving people to my site for over 5 + years and have never had a client say my site was down. The daily stats help me with tracking customers. When I need a real person to answer questions I know I can get some one on the phone without the 15 minutes of phone button pushing, something you don't find in business these days. I will always be a cow customer for life and will be adding more domain names and site in the future. I don't know how I would do business without Fatcow.
