My blog is up and running due to Zach helping with the

Simple registration. Easy questions to answer. Bit irritating you have to enter a domain when registering. The most weird part of the registration is that they call you to verify your account. Guess it's a good safety precaution but seems a bit over the top. 

I just got off a chat with Robert B and he was extremely
helpful. I was trying to setup a couple of domains using
Wordpress and I messed up and wanted to reset everything and
start over. He was able to get it resolved for me quickly
and I was able to setup both domains without further
incident.

interfaces, great customer service, accessible, good and
immediate answers to questions, all for a fraction of the
price I used to pay.
I can only say: This is the best hosting experience you
could possibly hope for. 

Customer service is excellent and great response times for acknowledging and addressing support requests. Have a couple of concerns: one incident of multiple hacked websites and another where managing my ftp accounts led to the deletion of the whole public_html directorey (could have been my fault, but I don't think so.) They were able to restore my website from a backup in mere minutes. 

We recently moved our non-profit's web site to InMotion, and they have been phenomenal in supporting the move. What minor issues we encountered we handled quickly and correctly by the support team. They offer excellent options for all price ranges, and we are very happy with InMotion's service and support. 

In general, I have got excellent services at my provider InMotionHosting. However, the most important for me, their strictly defense policy and practice but at the same time the trustfulness.
