March 15th I ordered hosting XEON 5405 Dual QuardCore from dedicatednow.com
for USD 299. It was installed in five days. In 10 days they said that could add a second CPU
“At the time your server was build, we did not have the second CPU and your server was setup with only 1 cpu.”
Their customer support responds to requests in two or three days or does not respond at all (I did not receive an answer for the last for the last four letter and the requests that were sent through chat)
On April 1st I cancelled the service, however, dedicatednow.com took the money from me for the following period (from April15th until May15th) and does not answer to my requests. If you would like to choose an awful hosting and pay your money for it, dedicatednow.com can help you. It is the most terrible hosting service!

No, I got you beat! Mewebhost.com is the worst server provider ever!!!
After numerous emails (they don't accept phone calls) tickets, etc. etc. I finally cancelled through my credit card company. They were totally rthe worst -- advertising a dedicated server that was about fast as my home PC! And on top of that, they never scrubbed the IP records from the folks whop had the server previously -- from The Planet. MeWebhost was absolutely terrible and a total rip off. they made promises that their equipment could not possibly fulfill.

I'm curious how you rank website development firms. I saw a firm that had listed your name and an award icon 'Design Award 2010', yet I cannot find anything at all about the firm on your website other than a link to that firm's website on your http://www.webhostingsearch.com/web-design-companies.php page. What quantitative foundation do you use or do firms simply ask or pay to be included on your web design page?
