Crappy and slow servers, were once really good ... been with
them coming on 2 years, and its got so bad even a simple
joomla template wont load properly now.

Beware. Unlimited disk space is not unlimited but what they
deem reasonable usage.
They deleted 4 years of emails from a customer of mine who
had been with me for years. Changed back up policies without
proper notifications ( went from 5 day to 48 hours ). They
will penalize you if you do your own backups ( deleting your
tar ball files ) For those of you who have business
customers be careful and establish your own internal email
limits or they will do it for you at your customers
displeasure. Lots of restrictions and lots of grief from
their actions, wondering why I ever moved all my customers
websites to this provider... Read more

Horrible server, horrible support... badest hosting provider
ever... The real uptime of this "hosting" are around 80%

The support provided are inadecuate, and the worst are they
don´t give you real solutions, only a cold response and a
bad real time

Lame...

I am a client for 2 years of greengeeks.com, and a webmaster
for 15 years, and this one are the worst server I ever
experienced. I won´t recommend to anyone who wants to
grow...

The first six months of hosting were just fine. Then they reconfigured the server and the same app that was working just fine before, started consuming huge amounts of memory and causing frequent 500 Server errors. When I asked them for help, they blamed my app, which had been working just fine for the previous six months. Their only solution was for me to upgrade my hosting plan, even though the traffic had not increased appreciably. I got no support from Green Geeks, and I almost lost this customer due to their refusal to help debug the problem that THEY caused by their misconfigured server. I finally had to move... Read more

Great idea, poor service, terrible tech support. Selling a product with features not working. Their emails hint at major infrastructure issues. Tech support is slow, and nasty.
Tried for a week to get a a basic account working. Finally gave up.
