always a quick response and problems have been sorted out
very quickly.

The engineers that work for Aventure host are equally
impressive, always polite and enthusiastic. It is sometimes
hard to believe that you are dealing with a large hosting
provider, the service does feel very personal.

I recently had a few questions regarding changing our website to Wordpress and how I would need to make those changes. The online technical support was both excellent and extremely fast. All my concerns were answered in a very helpful and friendly manner. I would recommend www.aventurehost.com to anyone that was looking for an affordable and trustworthy host. 

I have tried many hosts over the years and Aventure have come up the best so far. Great prices, great service and super helpful support staff. And they are based in the UK! 

My website was transferred in from another provider. Whilst already VISP'd under Aventure, the name transfer was a pig of a process from the the other ISP in which all sorts of problems were put in the way. In contrast, I dealt with one, friendly and helpful advisor from Aventure who knew her stuff and looked after the transfer end to end. As soon as a glitch occurred as a result of the transfer she responded to it and sorted it as soon as it was reported. Good stuff. Definitely staying with them. 

Really pleased with the service (support) and the control panel. I moved to them about 7 months ago and my previous host used Plesk, I'm now using cpanel and absolutely love it. 

I have had excellent support from Aventure and never had a single problem with my hosting package.

There's always someone there to answer the phone and a friendly helpful team no matter the question or issue!
