Ipower Review

They are my first ever hosting provider. Right now i am at
shared hosting.
I never face technical issues but sometimes a little 404
error page issue which happens rarely.
Pros & Cons in my experience with them:

Pros:
- Best hosting at cheapest price
- Nice customer service

Cons:
- Customer chat executive sometimes convert your issue to
support ticket, So we have to wait for an hour sometimes.

I have used iPower since 2006 and can remember only one brief period of downtime. Support has always been good (helpful and, importantly, willing to help). I have found it easy to add websites and features. Plenty of flexiibility. Good virus protection for email and intuitive control panels make iPower work for me. 

After using ipower since 2008, we have finally become fed up to the point of no return in 2011. When we purchased our service with ipower in 2008 we were offered every feature in the world it felt like. And over the last couple years, about every other month another feature is removed from their list of features.

I've been with Ipower.com since 2007. I've had no issues with them I would say out of 365 days my site has been offline for about 0.9 days. Some of these were planned and others where a problem on iPower's Provider for Internet. I felt frightened when I read a review after purchasing hosting. Not to worry i've never experienced any of what some people say about iPower. 

I've been with iPower for 3 years and in the first 6 months thought I'd made a big mistake. However, this company has gone from strength to strength and it is now difficult to find a negative point about them. 

They are incredibly bad. 2 VPS e-com sites were lost by them. They said the clients did not pay their bill, when they had, and iPower just deleted them! No emails or warning. Many problems with shared hosting. Moved 19 clients off them forever. Support? They lie to you. 

IPower was very easy to set up and get things going. And the site was up nearly all the time. Our site did get hit with a virus and all of the team lost their email a couple of times. (NOT COOL) The worst is that I've been trying to close my account for over 6 months and finally had to bring the Credit Card company into the situation.
