It's hard not to give VpsNext.com web hosting full marks. I've had no downtime in 7 months, they have given me no limits on everything I could ask for as all features are not unlimited but it’s enough, Cpanel is full of software and everything’s simple to use plus there support has always been super helpful and quick to respond to my tickets. At that price u truly can't ask for much more. I'm a big fan. 

I have been a webmaster for myself and a lot of businesses over the years. VpsNext.com has been just great to me and I wanted to let them know. Thanks in particular to their technical stuffs for all the help recently - you guys are awesome! 

Vpsnext.com hosts my website that I have had now for a couple of months. I can't say enough about the tech support and the friendliness of staff. Not only do they have answers to my questions but that respond lightening fast. Keep up the great work team! 

Tech support got me through any problems that I had. It did take a few calls to get someone with the knowledge to walk me through my issues. But there is no complaint. They were very helpful and patient. This site is a lot better than my previous host. 

I purchased my domain from VpsNext.com, sadly being forced to wait to purchase hosting from them until my current project is completed, due to budget concerns (I work as a freelance web/graphic designer). But from my experience with them so far, I am definitely impressed. While I cannot speak for their hosting quality (yet), their Customer Service is extremely responsive and courteous.

For my three sites I am using VPSNext. They only deal with VPS and have very competitive prices. Their support and billing engineers are quick to respond and are very attentive. They will even help you with problems that they are not technically responsible for- that is just awesome! They are a strong company and very reliable and that is why I am staying with them and recommend them to anyone (who wants VPS)! 

Thank You to everyone in Tech Support for sticking with me the past couple of weeks as we all worked through several troublesome technical issues! I personally did telephone tech support, in the computer industry, many years ago. I know how frustrating it can be to troubleshoot via telephone. I never heard any of that frustration in anyone's interactions with me during these problems, and that is very commendable! My experience of transferring two websites to you has been good. Coming from one of the free host organizations, the first surprise was to find that you rang me to see whether I required help before I had any need and that this contact from you was maintained.
