- Make sure that you are logged in to your Helm Account
- To create a new FTP account, click on the "My Domains" icon
- Click on the domain for which you want to create FTP access
- Scroll down
- Click on the "FTP Accounts" icon
- Click on the "Add" button
- Enter a username for the new FTP account
- Enter a password for access
- Reenter the password in the box provided
- Specify your home directory
- Clicking on the image to the right of the root directory will let you change it
- Scroll down
- Select or deselect the options you desire
- Click on the "Save" button when you're ready
- That's it. Come back to the same page to edit, delete or add new FTP accounts in the future.
