Steps to Backup and Restore Your Files With Helm

  1. Make sure you are logged in to your Helm account
  2. To back up files, click on the "My Domains" icon
  3. Select the domain for which you want back up the files
  4. Scroll down
  5. Click on the "Website Backup" icon
  6. Currently none exist
  7. To create one, click "Create New"
  8. Enter a .zip file name to give to the backup file
  9. If you want web log files backed up too, check the appropriate box
  10. Then click "Create New"
  11. That's it. The domain has been backed up
  12. To restore files from a previous backup, select the file you want to restore from
  13. Then, click on "Restore"
  14. To restore to its original location, select that option
  15. The domain has been restored
