Novi Survey is great, the set of survey tools they provide in the package are pretty unrivaled in both its user experience and delivery of usable data, which is not always the case if you use some of their competitors packages. It is a flexible survey package that can be placed online on your website or by sending out email invitations to your target group. It also has fully customizable templates so you can get the right look and feel and its very secure protecting the data you collect.
The software package itself can be installed in house, or if you would prefer can be used as a hosted solution, allowing you access and ability to create and manage your surveys through your browser, so no matter what you want they look to provide it. Novi Survey is also supported in multi-language, meaning both your surveys can be tailored to different target areas and doesn't limit your options or perhaps the feedback you would receive. The software is also open source so you can always edit and customize it even further to your exact needs. One thing we also really like, not like other companies who we wont mention, it is a lifetime software license meaning they will not be any more fees. Delivery of the data for you to use is exceptional with Novi Survey we were very impressed and were very happy that they accepted the award for being one of the best web tools. So congratulations Novi Systems this is a fantastic product.
