XLhosting works as a reseller for mediafire accounts
I ordered mediafire bronze plan from them, it was a terrible experiance.
In short they left me for 2 weeks before activating my mediafire account without responding to any of my open ticket
I sent a complain to moneybookers (whom I did the payment through) they verified I made the payment and didn't get the service and asked for 5 days before taking an actions
2 days after that,xlhosting sent me my activation code.
don't know what would have happened if I didn't contact moneybookers.
my advice to you stay away from xlhosting
