Well, what can I say about Super Green Hosting? First of all, I partnered up with them because I wanted a web host that does something for the environment… And what about the hosting? I cannot complain about anything when it comes to the hosting itself. Strong hosting, great uptime and friendly support-team and I think that it's all offered at a reasonable fee. I recommend Super Green Hosting!

They advertise 24/7 365 day support. What they don't tell you its customer service in India support and it doesn't include IT support. You got tech issues with them? You better be ready to take a Xanax or three because you'll be doing it through e-mail. The response I got when I couldn't upload my website on their hosting site for publishing? They told me to go to a third party website to download other software to upload my website because their website isn't working right, with no explanation or apologies for the hassle. But what happens when that doesn't work? Yep, you get to e-mail them right back and wait another hour for a response. This so sucks. I'm dropping them for someone that has a actual number to their IT department and hopefully not one in India. And I'm about to ditch all the cheap companies cause I can only presume they work all the same.

I moved to SuperGreen hosting from a renowened hosting company after over 8 months of poor performance and constant downtimes at streamline. The move was relatively painless (apart from streamline taking ages to unlock my domain) and the support so far has been outstanding, especially when compared to my previous host whose engineers were uncontactable over the weekend and worked via a support ticket system which appeared to have mostly canned responses. I just wish I'd moved sooner, would have saved me a whole lot of stress.

Overall SuperGreen is very good and excellent for the money. Domain parking is easy and trouble-free. Most things seem to work as described with a minimum of fuss. Easy to use control panel. Very easy to set up and remove new services etc.. Fast access. Very quick and accurate (friendly) help-desk support.

When I first started with them around 2 years back I faced many difficulties but I was impressed by their prompt reply with directions and instruction to help me. They are super effieient team. Very good features and very cheap hosting. Supergreen is simply the best.

Hopeless. They are tied in with Hostclear and Justhost. You can write to any one of the companies and almost guarantee someone with an email fromn one of the other 2 will reply. Zero continuity with email replies either. They claim their IT support and CSR's are all different for each company but I believe that's an out and out lie. Some are OK, the rest just plain bad. Some have quite limited English and some have no clue about computers at all. One reviewer mentioned India support. 2-3 I spoke to claimed to be in the USA, and I have an email saying their servers are in Chicago. They may be, but their English is not. I have talked with some people who are definitely Indian, but some who are obviously Russian or Asian as well. Great plans but lousy backup. If you don't care about your site and whether it's up or not, or whether you get support, these guys are for you!
