I've used and heartily recommended Server Intellect for several years now. Unfortunately, they've changed their business model to a cloud hosting focus. Like Netflix, they doubled their price in the process. I currently host more than a dozen sites with them and have other clients using them as well (on their legacy “non-cloud” product) .
