Server Intellect was launched in 2003 to assist businesses and individuals worldwide with Windows Hosting and Server Solutions. Rooting themselves to exclusively specialize in Microsoft Windows Server technologies, they have created a unique blueprint for Windows Managed Server Solutions. This direction allows Server Intellect to provide servers, hosting and support geared towards the Windows Hosting audience; as well as providing for individual client needs. HELM Control Panel, Smarter Tools Software, Enterprise Backups, and Monthly Proactive Malware scanning are a few ways Server Intellect has created an easy Windows Hosting and Server Solution that any business model can incorporate to suit their needs.

One thing we most liked about Server Intellect is that they provide a tech support and sales staff that isn't outsourced while keeping the teams in the same location. The main Server Intellect Network Operation Center is located in sunny Orlando, FL are where the support/sales staff are 24 hours 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The Server Intellect sales team was quite cheery and helpful in our initial calls along with being quite knowledgeable. We asked several questions specific to Windows and SQL offerings that were met with quick replies without having to be placed on hold to find the answer.

Most all Server Intellect Servers are stored at the world famous Infomart telecom hotel in downtown Dallas, Texas. A major Internet Hub with backbone connections spanning the world, Dallas is the prime location to house internet based servers needing extremely fast speeds with minimal latency worldwide. Specializing in data center and hosting facilities, Infomart is home to multiple data providers including MCI, Level 3, Equinix, Verio, Switch & Data, Verizon, DataSides and more. The building sits atop three redundant electrical grids from TXU delivering diverse power to each quadrant of the building. HVAC needs are supplied via five one hundred ton onsite water chillers to deliver N+1 cooling requirements. Home to over twelve switch sites and thirty-five different carriers, Informat houses technology and telecom related businesses in a complex communications ecosystem. Access is monitored using Proximity Security Badge Access and Digital Security Video Surveillance. The data center offers complete redundancy in power, HVAC, fire suppression, network connectivity, and security and is the optimal location to serve your applications to the world.

Overall, after extensively testing servers for support, reliability, network, ease of configuration, and knowledge of staff we feel confident in awarding Server Intellect Best Support 2008. During the testing phase, several support phone calls were greeted with resolutions in swift response times and with a great level of satisfaction. Email support also showed results in quick response time and server issues being resolved quickly without follow up emails and phone support. Without much searching you can find Server Intellect has been awarded numerous Tech Support and Windows Hosting Awards including our own Best Support 2008. From an industry standpoint, Hosting providers come and go but we are sure Server Intellect will be one of those companies that continue to grow and maintain those standards that will earn them many more awards into the future!
