Rackmounted's support and sales personnel are friendly, respond rapidly, and have reacted intelligently and flexibly to everything we have requested from them. This is in stark contrast to other providers we have used (and left). We've hired dedicated servers with Rackmounted since 2007 and have no intentions of leaving.
