Their services are very good, i have two sites eith them. customer support is also very good. 

My service has been down for almost an hour. The call to customer service was like talking to a Barbi doll, no useful information. There was a commitment to send me an update to an alternate email with a status - but that was 40 minutes ago and still nothing. 

Never had any problems with the service.
they have always made and troubleshooting easy. 

Service has been reliable. I have had customer support with maintenance and pricing and am happy it. I changed my subscription to a better fit for my needs with little trouble. 

I haven't had much cause to contact myhosting.com over much but when I have, my issue has always been dealt with extremely efficiently and to my satisfaction. Agents were always very courteous, polite and helpful. 

Easy to use for the most part though sometimes I get lost in the control panel when I login. A lot of options to peruse when you are in the control panel. Very good customer service. Customer Service's help in setup was excellent and I never needed help after that. No worries, plain and simple. 

Our experience so far with myhosting is very good and the company has to focus or at least put more efforts to improve the control panel and the security 

Very quick, professional service-desk. Lots of knowledge and patience with issues. 

We utilize myhosting for our foundations not for profit site and they are wonderful to work with. 

Myhosting has been a solid provider for my 5+ years hosted with them. I have had very little downtime and the features I need have always been available. I normally use Joomla to create and maintain my sites and I have had very little problems with Joomla and myhosting servers. All in all a great company to deal with.

MyHosting.com provides a nice offering that scales in functionality and price. This is great for a small business like our's. As our needs evolve, MyHosting.com can easily scale and adapt. Many self-service options are also available.

Do not with myhosting.com, they are holding my newly registered account. I had purchased a vps plan. I ordered a new vps from hostgator. I will dispute from paypal. 

I like Myhosting very much. In comparison to other web hosts I’ve tried they actually deliver as promised. I have the “personal” web hosting plan and it’s more than enough for my website. This is a great host. Love their services and I think they’re about cheap as the other web hosts in this segment. If they keep delivering like this I might stick with them forever. Recommended. A++ 

Terrible service. Web server keeps going down, my outbound emails are bouncing. Support has not answered my ticket in nearly 12 hours, not even to tell me "we're still working on it".
