I had such a bad time with Lunarpages that I almost started a protest site to warn others. Initially they were fine but once onbaord they changed. They advertise unlimited services (bandwidth, etc.) yet they cannot cope if your site suddenly gets a spite in traffic. They frequently moved my site from one server to another which caused untold disruption and affected my site rating. Their technical support staff tended to be adequate but their "we know best" arrogance is prevalent. They genuinely seem more interested in how much money they could eke out of me than in providing a reliable professional service. If I had been satisfied I would still be with them today.
The support ticket is really slow, my site down for 3 weeks. 1 response I should wait up to 5 days.
didn't like Lunar Pages not because of the Support or something, they don't allowed to use your plan features as you can Like if you have every thing unlimited like SQLs if this cause a high CPU Usage their is no point.
