No, Just Host hasn't been in the business as long as some of its competitors but what does that matter when they're one of the best web hosts on the market. With this web host you'll be able to create a website from scratch and it will be easy as 1, 2, 3… Just Host began 2009 like no other and managed to take home the award for Best Services in January as well as in February. This should be somewhat of a hint of how high we value this web host and what we think about its strength and abilities.

I have had a pretty good service for 2 years with JustHost, but I've no experience of other hosts so nothing to compare against. Seems to have everything I need, but then I don't need very much. I like the in internet explorer upload facility. Went off travelling and could ftp to my site from totally random computers. Was really useful feature. Never had any issues with stability, seem to be good customer support
I have to disagree with all the so called awards justhost has received. Their full refund guarantee is highly deceptive and they are rude and the most unhelpful company I have ever dealt with in all the years I've done business on line. They have withheld part of the refund that their site allowed me to have after the first part of their rip off. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they refused. I requested a call back 2 times and never got a call. THE WORST company ever! misleading ad about the full refund after the 30 day trial.
Just Host have been great to me so far. I have bombarded their support team with questions and they have been really helpful. My site is nearly ready to go and Just Host have made it so easy for me. Just wanted to recommend them to anyone looking to start a new website.
JustHost are a fantastic web hosting company. Unlike some of the others I have tried over the years, JustHost actually help their customers by offering a fast, reliable service with good tech support. I also found that JustHost are pretty much the cheapest leading host around and this includes there account extras they offer like private SSL certificates and dedicated IPs. 2 months back I purchased the JustPlan hosting package. Today I requested the support team to RESET (RE-CREATE) my account, so that I can start building my site freshly. But they said "We can't re-create your account. Why you need hosting account RESET. Note: Don't assign 911 priority to this kind of tickets!" When I try to talk with the help department by phone, they said that I need to place a support ticket for any issue! Pros: --> Nice Interface, 50% Offer Promotional Codes --> Hosting Account will be created withing less than 60 minutes! Cons: --> Lots of Ads in cPanel! --> Unable to connect to cPanel some times --> No custom DNS control --> Hosting Account Add-on's are very cost. I don't recommend this host :(
Been really impressed with the level of service provided by Just Host. Quick replies to few support issues I've had but tutorials so good no need to ask too much. Good features in control panel too with lots of choice. Nice one, hope to not be moving for a good a while.
Just Host is good a getting people in and keeping them going for a short time however, they lack the ability to answer the simplest of questions in a timely manner not to mention their "Unlimited" hosting is false. You will get an email from them about using too much space if you have a lot of data. Also they disallow setting up downloads, flash streams, audio many of the most basic of services that the majority of the internet uses. Also their mark up on domains is almost $5 more than any other service. I highly recommend NOT using this company for ANY reasons.
I have been with justhost.com for less than 1 month. Since I signed up, 1 website has been down for 4 days and the other for 8 days. Support is slow and shallow. Easily-fixed problems take as long as 3 respsonses to work through. Support ticket response time takes many hours. As soon as my sites are up and I have access again, I will be switching hosts. Don't waste your money!
stay away from justhost, is the worst hosting service ever buyed. JustHost is a fraud. If you don't believe me, try it.
JustHost is a web host we have been using for a little while now and we've had to contact support a few times. One issue is that we have not actually been able to get through to phone support yet though after waiting on hold several times for longer than 10 minutes. On the positive side their chat support is usually pretty fast, we've only had to wait anywhere from 10 seconds to 10 minutes.
JustHost.com. Easy web hosting at a good price. Domain name, easy configuration and support. Would definitely recommend. Check them out.
I’ve had my hosting with JustHost a couple of months now and they are a big improvement from previous web host (I won’t tell you any names). It’s been smooth sailing pretty much all the way and the support team has been nothing but good to me. If they keep on like this I’ll stay for a long time.
Not a brilliant web host but an ok web host. The control panel is easy to use and I think that the features that are included in their plans are pretty much standard for the entire web hosting industry. I’ve had no major problems with uptime.
I have recently switched to JustHost after having a very bad experiance with my previous hosting company. With JustHost I am getting very good support - very quick replies. Website traffice increased noticeably since moving to JH. Obviously a very good company. Would recommend.
I give this web host two thumbs up. Ever since I switched to Justhost I’ve had no problem with uptime and their control panel is the best I’ve ever worked with. I haven’t been in contact with the support team all that much (I really haven’t had any reasons to) but the few times that I felt it necessary to email them they’ve responded within just a couple of minutes and they seemed to be very knowledgeable. At least they could explain things so that I understood what to do. This is one web host that I can highly recommend!
I would reccommend JustHost to anyone. They are always polite and helpful when you phone them and they don't charge ridiculous prices. We are quite happy with the overall progress of our first website hosting company.
Just Host is a scam. I did have heavy traffic, but they reported that I have exceeded 10% of the CPU usage and suspended me, immediately without question! They have a great sales team though, persuading you to upgrade to their dedicated server at near $150 per mth! I decided to ditch them.
Superb, cannot fault them at all, their turnaround is super fast even at a weekend, the server is very stable and as for the features already available to use, no other word other than amazing will do! We used their free hosting while we got our site up and running and that was great.
Very bad !! Read their term. You're allowed 10% CPU or they shut you down without notice. Few users on a php page and you're using more than 10% No way to get your data, no notice before, and a nice email after giving you a link to their dedicated server partner.
Good customer service. No phone service available. But always fairly prompt and helpful responses via email. Good value for money. Don't try to sell a million other products and services to you. Just good honest and straight forward.
My account was hacked into by God only knows who, and the hacker sent spam from my justhost email accounts, forcing the account to be suspended. It took 3 irrate phonecalls and about 5 emails to have the issue taken care of. REALLY bad customer service! noone answer the easiest of questions, and the 'supervisor' hung up on me because I became frustrated with their service.
I've been with Just Host for about 3 months now and I've got to say I'm impressed. I use it to host amongst other sites www.nissan-navara.net which is a busy user forum using around 15GB of transfer a month currently. JustHost have been spot on and provide a great range of admin tools. I have seen very short periods of downtime but these have been a maximum of 1-2 minutes, usually from a service failing and restarting, nothing that is unacceptable. I'm writing this as a completely impartial user and have included the website to back this up.
I am glad I found this service at last. Everything so far just works. Features are great giving full value to your money. Fantastic customer support, knowledgable and supportive staff. Truly recommendable.
