What is everyone talking about? I have been with iPage for
over 2 years and I haven't had a single problem. Their
customer support is the best, they get back to you in like 5
minutes... what is all this complaining about? I am very
satisfied about iPage and I would always recommend them.

only offers good products with newest technology, but also
friendly and competent service...

...and I found iPage that gave me all that at a reasonable
price!

STAY AWAY. Their service has only deteriorated over the years. We switched to they a few years ago to host our family site and e-mail. They provided Zenphoto for managing the pictures we have on our site. Last year while they were updating the software they allowed a mail spamming bot to infect our site. I don't have any comment about the service, but I can tell you that they tend to give a very low price and then dramatically increase the expense the second year. My son paid $54 for a year of service (plus some fees) and was automatically billed $117 on his credit card the second. year. Yup, the hosting is VERY VERY slow. Sometimes it even looks
like to be down, but later pages al least appear.
Also it has terrible and weird control panel + phpMyadmin
has no all styles, thus first time I saw it coldn't
understand what is it in general.
The plus - low price and support. 

Are you serious?

Although to customer service, iPage does have good
relations.

But when it comes to your website "popping up" fast? Not so
much.

And there are even so many times where your websites are so
slow. terrible. terrible. 

Down more than it was up! 

Although their shared plan may offer no limits towards usage. They do have hidden limits such as sql queries made which effect website's performance due this usual limitation.

I do not believe they have the have the best support in the market as they take too long to respond and create support tickets instead of fixing your problem and their way of authenticated you is insecure.

Slow servers and shady pricing model. They seem cheap until they triple the price on you. Stay clear of iPage. 

I\'ve been very happy with ipage so far. They have great customer service and there rates are very affordable. So far I\'ve been very happy! 

This hosting service fraudulently advertises that it offers UNLIMITED disk space and bandwidth. But fine print discloses suspension if usage exceeds reasonable limits. Those limits are NOT disclosed anywhere. Its the old bait-and-switch. Once they have your money, you play by their undisclosed rules. 

This provider is excellent. I have had good comments on load speed, design and user friendliness 

Hosting provider offered an easy solution and great value for my personal web page. Easy setup and a variety of styles to get my web page built and running quickly. I am very pleased

I own my own IT business and have used iPage to host websites for four of my customers and all are very happy with their website hosting, especially the email features. I've had two issues with transitioning websites (one my own fault, the other was the previous webhost) and the iPage support team stepped up and solved both issues within a 24 hour time frame. I hope they keep up the good work. I have had a bad experience with a host and that was a nightmare I do not wish to repeat. 

Overall, I’ve been extremely pleased with iPage and would recommend their services.
