We have used "other" hosting providers for about 10 years. We never before found one that has provided us with the overall quality of support and reliability that we now enjoy with Hostupon. As a "reseller" we maintain about 800 client websites and downtime can be technically devastating to us. We moved to Hostupon about a year ago and have since experienced negligible down-time and superior support response when there ever was a question. Most of the few problems we have had have mostly been caused by us and not Hostupon. We would solidly recommend Hostupon to anyone wanting good solid work-horse hosting service at a fair price.

I have been developing web sites since 1994. I have never experienced a worst hosting provider than HostUpon. I purchased their Virtual Private Hosting package in early 2009. With in 1 week of purchase, I experienced 2 server crashes, a DNS change which HostUpon did not inform me thus my site was unavailable for a half day and my file permissions and date/time stamps would randomly change with out explanation as if they were restored from a backup. The final insult came when HostUpon pulled by domain because I allegedly used more than my allocated percentage of the CPU/Memory on the server. I was never given a chance to upgrade to a dedicated server.

Stay far away from these guys!

I am have a reseller package with host upon and I would NOT
recommend the to anyone. They removed back up services from
CPanel without warning and then removed AWSTATS from the
cpanel, again without warning.

The servers have been getting downtime that run into hours
and its always a shitty excuse every time. The only thing
that worries me more than the length of the downtime is the
frequency of the same.
