With experience comes knowledge and skills that can't be taught any other way. Having been in the business since 1996 it's nothing but natural that HostMonster has become somewhat of the leaders of the pack. The support is outstanding - extremely helpful and with an unbeatable response-time. And yes! Their services and features are among the best and strongest in the hosting industry. We also have to mention that we're really impressed in the way that HostMonster keeps everything so simple. Completing the set-up is easy as A, B, C and everything you need is included. Should you not be pleased with their services, or for any other reason wish to change provider, then it's simply to request for a cancellation whenever so wanted - you'll be charged no extra fees. Most providers come with at least some kind of downside but we really can't find anything to complain about here.

I have been with them for 3 years and have had no problems that were not caused by myself. I recommend them to anyone that asks about hosting. They have always been prompt when I have a question or a problem.
I've run through three hosts till I found Hostmonster... wonder people to workwith, even at three in the AM.
HostMonster has given a first rate service - I have not noticed any down time, and have been able to freely upload and download my files without limitation. In a word, ronsil - does exactly what it says on the tin.
I managed about 100 emal accounts through Hostermonster.com. Sometimes I received a complains regrding to email troubles he cannot access his email accunt sometimes. It works, sometimes not work. I tried to figure out the trouble and I could not find any problem in the configuration. I contacted a customer support. But I really was disappointed with a customer support. All his answer was "check your password again or username and it works fine here. No problem. I can not recommend hostmonster.com to you. I am going to move to other hosting company.
I am using hostmonter for 6 months. Everything was OK. Now I installed wiki and got cpu throttling 5-30 second per hour. As I was going to install forum in addition, I applied to hostmonster team. They proposed me high cpu server for $19. After moving I had cpu throttling 500-1500 second per hour. Even after removing wiki and DB I had cpu throttling 30 second per hour. I asked support for help, but nobody even tried to fix something. So $19 server is much more worse than $6 server. Resume: If your project is small, hostmonster is good for you. Otherwise, you should search something else. And advice, do not buy $19 server at hostmonster. It is cheating, move instead to dedicated server.
I have had nothing but an excellent experience with Hostmonster. Excellent uptime and no issues. I love their CP and access.
I love that you can use your own ftp program rather than having to go through one on HostMonster's site like I had to when using GoDaddy.
Its fine. its my 1st experience. but sometimes there are some bandwidth issues.
Awesome, simple quick and easy. No hassles at all to move a blog from wordpress to here and I havent had any problems since, plus the price was great.
Easy to set up and has fairly good control panel interface. When registering, I did not like that they emailed me my password in plain text. Fast customer service.

Everything has been smooth and great so far with Host Monster hosting my site.
So far HostMonster has provided me with a good service. They offer Unlimited Space and Bandwidth which is a very big plus for me because my site generates a lot of traffic. My only hope would be that HostMonster keeps their service with Unlimited Bandwidth and Space.
I can't recommend hostmonster after having all of my sites down over 24 hours. Slow customer service resulted in client complaints making the low cost of hosting with them worthless - once I lose a client and my reputation, any savings are pointless. Hostmonster just lost me for that reason.
Hostmonster has exceeded my expectations! Sure they were rated first on several of the host-ranking websites and offered an exceptional amount of space for a great price, but how good would the service actually be? Excellent. I am consistently able to talk with tech support without having to wait more than a few seconds on hold. Every tech I've talked with was unusually knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to work with... they all sounded happy to serve me. What a great difference from other hosting companies I've worked with! I highly recommend Hostmonster.
I have been using hostmonster to host multiple domains and am extremely happy with them. They also allow teamspeak and ventrilo hosting if you but a dedicated IP. Using them for webhosting was one of the best choices in my career.
I was with Hostmonster for quite some time now, and all of a sudden all of my sites go down and are suspended for a few hours due to a number of completely valid files. The files were large photography files of a hosted sub domain. However I received no notification before hand that this is what would happen. My email stopped working and it took an hour for them to reconnect all of my sites back online. After recommending to them that I should have been notified of this ahead of time, they just said in a cold voice that that is what their Terms of Service says. Hostmonster is very poor at listening to their customers and does not see that random suspensions are not the way to win customers.
I have been with HostMonster for approximately two years, and I have been more than satisfied with their hosting. Any time I have called for support, I never waited more than a couple minutes, and my question or issued was resolved with one phone call. I have not experienced any down time with any of my websites. My only disappointment is that they do not offer reseller hosting. Hopefully, someday that will change. I always recommend HostMonster to anyone who asks my opinion. I have dealt with other hosting companies and with one I was on hold for a very long time before my call was answered, and the other didn't even have a phone number. It took days to get a simple issue resolved because I had to communicate through help tickets and wait for responses.
