Server speed SUPER SLOW, support they are never awake or if they are they knowledge level is ZERO, basic hosting addon you must pay for it ex: subdomain, parked domain ( don't forget the slow server speed ) and phone line is broken from 3 month and for proove call them on 1800 and hear the message.
