Good support. No issues except some slow speeds, but that could be code issue, could never figure that one out. If you are techie then you should go in for eSecureData, but if you are looking at hand holding then you better look else where.
I had esecuredata for over 3 years off and on. My recent experience over the past month was horrible. I switched to another provider couple weeks ago. Few weeks ago, their data center got disconnected from the net, saying due to winter olympics, months ago their data center also crashed due to network line problem, and more downtime after that but short period compared to other times. Their customer service is horrible, good luck with calling the 800#, if you email them, they will respond quick sometime instant, but useless respond if you ask for help on other subjects than request reboot restart. My experience with their support service resulted in loosing 5 websites databases that I've been updating, they sent a mail saying that I have 1 extra week added to my account, but in the end they did not and shut down my server and wiped out everything and give it a new customer, I lost all 5 websites database due to their support service not reading and understanding the support mail I sent, I'm seeking lawsuit against them.
I guess they don't have much TECHNICAL downtime, but the lag tends to spike up so badly nothing will load, you can't connect to anything. You're never warned, if you ask why, you're just told it's some other issue in their line that will "be fixed soon" and "never happen again". You check again a few hours later, it's still going on... Usually for 7 hours? Couple hours at night, almost every night. Major disconnects randomly throughout the day. The bad downtime happens every couple months, and has been happening every couple months for the past year I'd been trying this host.
I have had 2 servers with eSecuredata for 2 weeks and have had to cancel them both due to serious connection issue and the least knowledgeable support staff i have ever encountered and who seems to think that 45KB download speeds whilst using a 20Mb broadband connection is perfectly normal and acceptable despite being able to achieve in excess of 1.4MB from another site hosted in the same data center. And as if this wasn't enough within the first 4 days of hosting with them they had in excess of 12 hours downtime without any explanation.
They only provide Hardware Support but one of the best reliable hosting services around. Support responds within 15 minutes and fixes the problem within 30 minutes.
My company/website has been using web hosting from eSecureData for some time now and I am more than pleased with their services. The pricing is extremely reasonable considering the things that are included. However, what I am most impressed is the way they are able to tailor-fit the services to my needs. And support-wise they are definitively taking their responsibility. All in all a very customizable web host with top services/hosting and a great support team.
