Not impressed at all .... signed up to test the service, tried it for 2 weeks and found the CPanel to be the most unstable panel that i have ever worked with. After trying to configure certain features which would work the one minute and next it fails we gave up after 2 weeks. Since we were told that we don't have to do anything "Notify anyone" should we decide not to make use of the service after the trial period we fairly much left and have not logged into the account again after the first two weeks of the trial. 3 weeks later we received an "overdue invoice" for the next month to which we replied to the "accounts department" ( if they even have one ) that we were not going to be using the service, we received no reply from them. Today we received another overdue notice for the second month ... tried to call them by telephone held on for 5mins ... voicemail, tried calling back to another department ( if there are any ) after 4 mins of ringing ... voicemail again. At end of day we receive an e-mail indicating that they "were in the process" of sending our case "£18.00 invoice" to a debt collection company. How original ..... Since i have a AAA credit record understandably paying them was the obvious thing to do, and was a very well worth price paying to find out we did the right thing not moving 140 websites to them for hosting.
