Very affordable and reliable. I can count on this company and I never need to worry if my site is functioning properly or not. They have very low start up fees, which is important when you are getting your business off the ground, and fantastic customer service, even on the weekends! I have tried several companies and this is the one for me!

Hi,

I was more than five years with CoolHandle with two windows reseller accounts but during this years several time we lost our data because of server problems and os reload,
Do you want to know what happend i leaved them?
Because 4 monthes ago one of their servers went down suddenly and after contacts they said server is going to be os reload and all data will come back, but after one month, only 28 domains of 149 domains restored and they said hard drive failed, backup drive failed, and they wasnt ready to ask a restore company to restore data, even when i said i will pay all of its expenssess for restore, they even didnt answered me when i told them this,
I lost all my customers because they wasnt care about my data, I hope no one else try to loose his data with Cool Handle

If any one needs my ticket numbers at Cool Handle can ask and i send for them, even if they delete my tickets i can send you copies that is still in my email account,

I absolutely recommend you to use this great hosting for your sites. I use this service for almost 3 full months and I have to say that I did not have ANY problems about it!
