I've seen that on the "Cons" list it says that Arvixe is not as big as other hosts but this is a pro if you ask me. It's a way more personal web host than the others and I get quick and helpful support whenever I need it. The hosting is just as good, if not better, than all the other hosting I've ever had.
I totally and utterly adore Arvixe hosting. They are cheap, the hosting isgreat, the support is the best and there is nothing to complain about at all. I will probably never change web host again.
Not sure how much this talks to their service to paying customers, but I was very dissatisfied with my conversation with the online support while trying to price their services. Asking the rep if there was any other web pages that detailed hidden costs involved (as some web hosting sites have in their support sections), like domain name renewal, I was told to look at the same page I was looking at again (apparently they can see something I cannot) for the information. After some time i was given that price, then the rep left in the middle of me asking another question (not disconnected, It said he left the conversation in the log). Way to go, whoever that genius was. And in case you are reading this, goto : http://www.arvixe.com/linux_web_hosting and tell me if that information was there. Honestly things were looking good til then, but if this is what I can expect as a customer, then I will take my business elsewhere. //end rant
