I've had the service for at least 5 years. I have 2 websites that are for non-profits and my own website. Plus I set up a site for a local business with 1&1. Great service, reliable, fast response.
Been with them for years. Always great service and low prices. Web mail is a bit slow, but that's my only nitpick.
I've had a 1&1 linux package for about 5 years with multiple domains. I have no complaints - the service has always worked great. I especially like having ssh access to the web host.
